Parts Manager at VAK – the right attitude weighs more than experience
VAK is a leading company in transport solutions and specialized trailers, with over 500 employees internationally. We are now looking for a Parts Manager who wants to help build a functioning and efficient parts department in Sweden. For us, the right attitude and commitment are most important – experience is a merit, but personal drive and the willingness to take responsibility weigh heavier.

About the position
As a Parts Manager, you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact. You will establish structure, routines, and workflows for parts management and ensure that the workshop and customers receive the right parts on time. The role is both operational and strategic, and you will work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and management.

Responsibilities
• Build and develop the parts department from the ground up
• Be responsible for purchasing, orders, and inventory management
• Create routines and structure for inventory and flows
• Ensure service and delivery to the workshop and customers
• Maintain contact with suppliers and partners
